About the role
As a Manager Client Delivery within our RPO organization, your focus is simple but critical: delivering recruiting excellence. You'll lead and develop a team of recruiters while partnering closely with clients to fill open requisitions efficiently, accurately, and at scale.
This role sits at the intersection of client partnership, team leadership, data-driven delivery, and operational governance. You'll support day-to-day business operations while contributing to executive reporting, compliance, quality initiatives, and strategic projects across global delivery teams.
What you'll do
Client Partnership & Service Delivery- Act as a trusted partner to client teams, supporting day-to-day recruitment delivery and operational needs
- Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by proactively identifying risks and improvement opportunities
- Provide trend-based insights on hiring volume, performance, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with client stakeholders, executive leadership, and internal teams across geographies
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters focused on meeting hiring goals and SLAs.
- Hold teams accountable to performance metrics, service levels, and quality standards.
- Foster a positive, supportive leadership style while driving results and continuous improvement.
- Build strong sourcing and client partnership capabilities within the team.
- Celebrate performance wins and goal achievement.
- Support business operations including global governance, compliance, quality assurance, and business continuity initiatives
- Contribute to strategic projects that improve delivery efficiency and client outcomes
- Ensure adherence to recruitment best practices and end-to-end TA processes
- Deliver clear, insightful reporting to clients and leadership using data and visuals
- Translate performance data into meaningful stories that highlight risks, trends, and successes
- Contribute to monthly and quarterly business reviews
- Work extensively with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, dashboards, graphs, slicers)
- Leverage ATS, CRM, and enterprise analytics tools to track and analyze performance
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or RPO delivery
- Demonstrated success leading recruitment teams and managing performance against SLAs
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and resolve issues diplomatically
- Experience presenting insights and recommendations to leadership
- Strong data management and reporting skills, including Excel and ATS platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation delivery
