- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming concepts and experience with HANA database integration.
- Experience in developing and optimizing custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements within SAP environments.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and ability to work in iterative development cycles.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP ABAP and HANA systems.
- Understanding of performance tuning and code optimization techniques specific to SAP HANA.
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
