We are building an AI-powered sales operating platform for the real estate industry, designed to help developers, channel partners, and sales teams respond to leads instantly, automate qualification, streamline follow-ups, and drive higher conversions into site visits and bookings.
We are looking for a Real Estate Business Co-Founder / Founding Business Lead to build and scale the real estate vertical from the ground up. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role where you will work closely with the founder to define go-to-market strategy, customer engagement, product direction, and revenue growth.
This is not a conventional sales role—it requires deep understanding of real estate sales workflows and the ability to translate on-ground insights into scalable business and product strategies.
Requirements
What You’ll Own- Build and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the real estate segment.
- Develop relationships with developers, channel partners, brokers, and sales teams.
- Drive pilot partnerships and commercial deal closures.
- Identify and solve challenges across lead generation, qualification, follow-ups, site visits, and booking workflows.
- Collaborate with customers to gather inputs on projects, sales processes, and operational requirements.
- Influence product development by translating real-world feedback into product priorities.
- Create scalable onboarding and account expansion playbooks.
- Work closely with the founder on pricing, partnerships, and business strategy.
- Take ownership of revenue and growth outcomes for the real estate vertical.
- Strong understanding of the real estate ecosystem, including developers, brokers, and channel partners.
- Experience in real estate sales, channel sales, developer relations, or business development.
- Strong network within NCR / Gurgaon real estate market (preferred).
- Practical knowledge of lead funnels, site visits, follow-ups, and conversion processes.
- Comfortable working in a zero-to-one startup environment.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Strong relationship-building and commercial acumen.
- High ownership mindset with a builder mentality.
- Experience working with or selling to real estate developers, brokers, or channel partners.
- Deep understanding of on-ground sales processes and deal closures.
- Ability to open doors, build trust, and close early-stage partnerships.
