We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance and Duck Creek software to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in analyzing business needs, optimizing processes, and ensuring the successful implementation of software solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders in the Property & Casualty insurance domain.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure Duck Creek software solutions are effectively implemented and maintained.
• Develop and document business process models and workflows to streamline operations.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas of improvement within existing processes and systems.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.

• 5-11 years of experience in business analysis, specifically in the Property & Casualty insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of Duck Creek software and its application in insurance processes.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation techniques.
• Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of business process modeling and workflow analysis.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices.
