Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and technology-savvy Technical Delivery Manager to drive execution across multiple engineering initiatives, manage project timelines, enforce Jira governance, and leverage AI tools to improve delivery efficiency.
The ideal candidate will act as the operational backbone of the technology organization, ensuring engineering teams remain aligned, risks are proactively managed, and leadership has real-time visibility into project health.
This role requires strong project management skills, excellent stakeholder management, expertise in Jira administration and reporting, and hands-on exposure to modern AI tools for productivity and delivery management.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Program Management- Drive end-to-end execution of technology programs and strategic initiatives.
- Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and timelines.
- Track delivery commitments across Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, and Support teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and aligned with business priorities.
- Identify delivery risks and proactively drive mitigation plans.
- Own Jira administration and project governance.
- Design and maintain Jira workflows, boards, dashboards, and reports.
- Ensure consistent usage of Jira across teams.
- Monitor sprint health, velocity, burndown, backlog hygiene, and delivery predictability.
- Create executive dashboards and delivery reports for leadership.
- Drive adoption of best practices in Agile project tracking.
- Track all product releases and key milestones.
- Coordinate release readiness reviews.
- Maintain visibility into dependencies across teams.
- Ensure alignment between roadmap commitments and execution timelines.
- Support release planning and post-release reviews.
- Leverage AI tools to improve project management efficiency.
- Use AI for:

Experience
Required Qualifications- 5–10 years of experience in Delivery Management, Program Management, Technical Project Management, or PMO.
