What would you do You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and help us in performing Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis activities, collecting operational data/reports, conducting analysis and reconciling transaction, preparation of standard & Adhoc management reports for region, country, product, Service type etc., providing standardized/adhoc and insightful level of analyses.Financial planning, reporting, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting Financial planning and analysis (FP&A) refers to the processes designed to help organizations accurately plan, forecast, and budget to support the company s major business decisions and future financial health.
These processes include planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and performance reporting.
What are we looking for Preferred Skills/ Experience in following areas: Functional Experience in:
- Preparation of management reports
- Variance Analysis and writing Tier 1 commentary
- Budgeting & Forecasting Preparation including Load to ERP
- Complete P&L Understanding
- Direct & Indirect Cost Analysis
- Headcount Analysis and Impact on Opex
- Analyzing numbers and identifying data inconsistencies
- Able to leverage tools and data structure Communication Should possess excellent communication skills including:
- Interact with client/ stakeholders in day-to-day operations
- Able to proactively communicate issues/risks
- Interact and present data/insights to clients in review meetings Tools
- SAP
- MS Office [Advance Level]
- Planning/Budgeting/Forecasting Tools NA Roles and Responsibilities:
- In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems
- Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture
- You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management
- You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments
