Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive role based in Mumbai. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing Crewtangle's branding and marketing services, and qualifying leads based on defined criteria.
The Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive will maintain and update lead databases, schedule appointments or follow-up calls for the business development team, and document all interactions in a structured manner. The role includes researching potential clients, understanding their basic marketing needs, and aligning them with Crewtangle's offerings.
The executive will also collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach scripts, share feedback from prospects, and support reporting on lead generation performance.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with clear and confident telephone etiquette and active listening abilities.
  • Experience in telecalling, inside sales, or lead generation, preferably in advertising, branding, marketing, or related service industries.
  • Ability to identify, qualify, and prioritize leads, with basic knowledge of sales funnels and conversion processes.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, or lead-tracking systems to document and manage prospect information.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are an advantage).
  • Comfort working with daily call targets, performance metrics, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow structured scripts while adapting to different client profiles.
  • Prior experience in client-facing roles and an interest in branding, marketing, and creative services are beneficial.
  • Minimum high school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
