Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify, analyze, and translate business requirements into comprehensive design documents (RDD, FDD, TDD).
• Possess thorough understanding of Floorplan & Factoring flows and Financial products in Wholesale Financing.
• Lead ERP system implementations, upgrades, and support, ensuring Finance, Treasury, and Accounting data aligns with policies and securitization servicing/reporting requirements.
• Perform requirement analysis and technical evaluation with expertise in cloud technologies (Azure, AWS) and frameworks such as .NET, .NET Core, HTML, MVC, JavaScript (React, Angular), Redux, React Hooks, TypeScript, Web Pack, Material UI, Full Story, Web Sockets.
• Lead technology modernization efforts, resolving critical security vulnerabilities and maintaining applications on modern frameworks.
• Develop Apps and Portals using Microsoft Stack (PowerApps, Power BI, SharePoint Online).
• Identify process breakdowns and controllership issues in IT systems and implement automation to improve efficiency.
• Design, implement, and support automated, reliable, and available IT solutions.
• Lead testing efforts, including documenting Test Scenarios & Test Cases.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure projects stay on track and meet expectations.
• Configure ERP Financial modules, lead SIT/Regression testing, and coordinate with onsite/offshore teams.
• Prepare training materials and conduct end-user training.
• Utilize Six Sigma, Lean, and Agile Project Management tools to track and maintain project progress.
• Lead project teams to ensure milestones are met and provide updates to IT and Business Leadership.
• Assist in managing key vendor reviews, especially during contract renewal or service-quality issues.
