What would you do? Pre-qualify request by determining quality and completeness of purchase request (PR) based on defined set of rules for complex requests
Verify all required information are included in submission of requisition
Create Purchase Orders (PO), PO amendments / deletions based on requests
PO follow ups
Handling queries regarding Invoice / PO Mismatch
Addressing the Helpdesk queries regarding PR to PO / PO amendments in a timely mannerWhat are we looking for? Education
Graduation any stream
Good computer literacy (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint).Good interpersonal skills (needs to be able to build relationships over the phone without meeting suppliers /customers on a regular basis)
PO follow ups
Procurement and analytical background
Knowledge of Validation and amendment of PRs
Multi-tasking and problem-solving mindset

To be accountable for maintaining quality and service standards to support the overall Accenture-Client(s)?relationship and to deliver continuous improvement
Query solving / resolution. Needs to be a Subject matter expert
Support in other Accenture Operations areas: Operational Excellence, Maintaining Dashboards, Reporting
Maintain Client Data Protection standards
Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
Quick learning & full usage of project specific tools and templates- At least 3 - 5 years as a buyer in a middle sized or large Procurement Operations engagement
