Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers for account reactivation Handle customer queries in Marathi, Hindi, English Communicate clearly and professionally in Marathi (mandatory) Maintain accurate call records Skills Required: Fluency: English, Hindi, Marathi (Mandatory) HSC or Any Graduate Prior experience in Voice Process, customer calling / tele calling preferred Basic computer knowledge of MS Excel Good communication and interpersonal skills Working Days: 6 Days, Monday to Saturday (with 2 Saturdays off per month, plus bank holidays.
