Business Architect

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while also supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding implementation efforts.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Provide Solutions to Clients on Various Testing tools/Strategies/automation
• Work on Developing SAP Testing assets
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on project objectives.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in business architecture.

• Must To Have Skills: Hands on Experience on TOSCA
• Managed end to end testing cycles on Test Management tools like HP ALM, SAP CALM, OpenText, JIRA etc,
• Defined Test Strategy/Test Plan for SAP Testing Cycles
• Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Experience in developing business cases and project proposals.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and frameworks.

• The candidate should have minimum 10-12 years of experience in Test Management tools
• This position is based at ourMumbai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
