We are looking for enthusiastic and driven fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a technical/analytical background to join our Business Development & Marketing team. This role is ideal for candidates interested in IT/software sales, client interaction, and business growth.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients through market research, online platforms, and outreach activities
• Generate leads via cold calling, email campaigns, and networking platforms
• Communicate with clients, understand requirements, and assist in closing deals
• Support in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales pitches
• Use platforms like LinkedIn and online portals (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) for lead generation
• Promote IT services, software solutions, and digital marketing offerings
• Maintain and update sales pipeline and activity reports
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and delivery
• Leverage tools like ChatGPT and other AI-based tools for research and communication

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Interest in sales, marketing, and client interaction
• Basic understanding of IT services/software/digital marketing (preferred)
• Good research and analytical skills
• Confidence, self-motivation, and a proactive attitude
• Ability to work both independently and in a team

• Fresh graduates or postgraduates in BE/B.Tech/B.Sc/BBA/MBA
• Candidates with a technical or analytical educational background preferred
• Strong communication skills are a must
