About Our Client

A well established and leading organisation in the manufacturing industry

• Oversee and implement Indian laws and global compliance requirements and trends, to support implementation of India and global compliance tools and programs (e.g., anti-bribery, anti-corruption, whistleblower, sanctions check, data privacy, code of conduct)
• Review and adapt contracts and contract clauses for third parties that the company transacts with depending on identified risk and develop risk mitigation options
• Monitor and evaluate legal and regulatory changes impacting the business
• Assist in drafting and reviewing compliance policies, SOPs, and training materials
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure adherence to compliance frameworks
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for regulatory authorities as required
• Liaise with internal departments and external counsel to address compliance queries and issues

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

• An LLB or equivalent law degree
• Experience in ethics and compliance preferable within the manufacturing industry
• Proficient in using compliance management tools
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
