  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of IT service delivery with business needs.
  • Monitor service performance and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support junior team members by providing guidance and facilitating knowledge sharing.
Professional & Technical Skills:
  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices.
  • Experience in monitoring and managing IT production systems and infrastructure.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize service disruption.
  • Familiarity with risk management processes related to IT service delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
