Project Delivery Engineer

We are seeking a Project Delivery Engineer to join our delivery team, tasked with managing comprehensive project implementations from start to finish. This role requires close collaboration with customers during the deployment process to ensure a smooth implementation, on-time delivery, and a seamless handover to the support team.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Project Deployment

• Oversee the deployment of the Infraon product suite from project initiation through to completion.
• Ensure compliance with timelines, project scope, and quality standards.
• Lead project sign-off processes and gather feedback from customers.

1. Project Scope & Planning

• Comprehend and document the project scope, deliverables, and implementation procedures.
• Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation plans.

1. Customer Coordination & Communication

• Serve as the main contact point for customers throughout the deployment phase.
• Provide frequent updates and ensure clear alignment of expectations.
• Swiftly address and resolve any customer concerns.

1. Product Installation & Configuration

• Install and configure Infraon products, including IMS, Desk, NCCM, and Secura.
• Ensure smooth integration with customers' existing environments.

1. Technical Support & Issue Resolution

• Respond to customer inquiries related to deployment and product utilization.
• Escalate bugs or issues to the development team when necessary.

1. User Training & Handover

• Conduct demonstrations and training sessions for end users.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sign-off and collect feedback for enhancements.

1. Project Reporting & Documentation

• Provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain thorough documentation while ensuring data confidentiality.

1. Additional Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites for deployment and training as needed.
• Contribute to organizational objectives through successful project execution.

Required Skills:

• Experience with Network Management Systems (NMS) and Helpdesk tools.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking fundamentals, Linux, and SQL.
• Ability to analyze project requirements and effectively troubleshoot issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to engage with customers and deliver presentations confidently.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing environments.
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines.
