Your role is pivotal in transforming traditional testing approaches into efficient, automated workflows that support the delivery of reliable software solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Process Controller expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Testers ensure the quality of RPA, Fusion, Messaging, and IVR solutions by preparing and executing test documentation, including plans, cases, and reports.
- Need to handle system testing, UAT support, defect logging, and environment setup, while working closely with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
- should ensure comprehensive coverage and prevent defects from reaching production.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
- Experience in testing or QA roles preferred

- Strong knowledge of scripting and programming languages relevant to automation tasks.
- Ability to analyze and optimize automated test suites for performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to automation tools and processes.
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
