Summary/Objective: We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and creative individual to handle our
digital marketing and social media activities, ensuring consistent brand messaging and maximizing our
online presence.
Key Responsibilities/Duties
Content Creation & Distribution:
Develop, design, and distribute monthly newsletters for existing SimpleCRM contacts and
industry-specific product updates.
Curate, write, and publish monthly blogs, as well as additional articles when necessary, ensuring
consistent quality in both visual and textual content.
Execute weekly content posts on LinkedIn, focused on product and brand values.
Campaign Management:
Initiate and oversee LinkedIn campaigns for demand generation amongst potential partners or
customers.
Design and execute targeted digital campaigns to stimulate monthly demand aligned with
SimpleCRM's offerings.
Social Media Management:
Lead SimpleCRM's online presence on platforms including LinkedIn and Facebook, ensuring
regular updates, engagement, and optimization.
Manage review acquisition from existing customers on platforms like G2 and the Gartner
Network.
Website Maintenance:
Regularly update and maintain SimpleCRM's website content, ensuring alignment with current
technology and domain trends.
Collateral Design:
Create visual and textual content for all digital channels, ensuring brand consistency and high
quality across mediums.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Experience: A minimum of 2 years in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management, ideally
within the product sector. Experience in the CRM domain is a plus.
Skills:
Proficiency in Canva, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with Generative AI Tools such as ChatGPT, Bard, Adobe Firefly, etc.
Experience with WordPress and Mautic is highly desirable
