Experience Required: 5+ years in Outdoor Hoardings / OOH / Advertising Sales

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and high-performing senior sales executive with a strong background in outdoor hoardings and OOH advertising. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, acquiring major clients, managing key accounts, and expanding our outdoor media business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development & Client Acquisition

Identify and secure new business opportunities across brands, agencies, and corporates.

Pitch hoardings, kiosks, LED screens, pole kiosks, UNIPoles, gantries, and other OOH formats.

Conduct field visits regularly to explore new sites and understand market demand.
  1. Revenue Growth & Target Achievement

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Create customised proposals, quotations, and media strategies for clients.
  1. Key Account Management

Build strong relationships with senior marketing heads, media planners, agencies, and decision-makers.

Manage end-to-end client servicing—from pitch to execution.
  1. Coordination & Operations

Coordinate with internal teams for site availability, permissions, photos, monitoring, and timely installation.

Ensure smooth execution of campaigns with proper documentation.
  1. Reporting & Planning

Maintain structured reports on leads, follow-ups, conversions, and market intelligence.

Provide weekly sales performance updates to management.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in OOH / outdoor hoarding sales (mandatory).

Deep understanding of local outdoor media inventory and market behaviour.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and work independently.

Must be comfortable with extensive fieldwork and client meetings.

Preferred:

Existing network of clients in OOH, advertising agencies, and brand marketing teams.

Experience handling premium sites and high-value campaigns.
