Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager at our Mumbai location. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, implementing strategies to improve efficiency, and supervising team members to ensure performance goals are met.Additional responsibilities include managing resources, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. The role may also involve contributing to process improvements and handling client communications where required.
Qualifications- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively
- Strong knowledge of electrical/electronic manufacturing processes
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder management
- Experience in data analysis, decision-making, and problem-solving to optimize operational efficiency
- Attention to detail and strong analytical thinking skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a relevant field; a postgraduate degree in Business Management is a plus
- Familiarity with industry-related software and tools
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial position is preferred
