- Senior folks with retail banking/Fintech (India/US) experience (Personal Loans, Credit cards) on risk side (not marketing) – Underwriting, Acquisition, Pricing, Collections, ECM, Recovery, Fraud, etc.
- The above experience must have hands on projects with keywords – Acquisition scorecards, Collections scorecards, Behavioral scorecards, Fraud Models, Underwriting /Pricing models
- Hands on ML model development in Python – Logistic Regression, GBM, XGBoost, Random Forest, etc.; Python libraries – Numpy, Pandas, Scikit Learn, Matplotlib, Keras + SQL knowledge
