International Sales Manager

Job Description

Salary Range: INR 25-30 Lacs pa plus commissions

Key Responsibilities:

• The role involves sales of Dubai based residential, commercial and retail projects of a AAA grade developer.
• Identify, engage, and onboard experienced brokers and channel partners across Mumbai.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with broker networks to drive lead generation and improve sales conversions.
• Conduct training programs and product knowledge sessions to enable effective selling by channel partners.
• Develop and execute channel sales strategies aligned with overall business goals and growth targets.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to strengthen market presence.
• Ensure timely reporting on sales performance, broker engagement, and market feedback.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive events, campaigns, and promotional initiatives through broker channels.

Candidate Requirements:

• 6 to 15+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably working with property developers/builders.
• Based in South Mumbai with strong local market understanding and an established broker/channel network across South and Western Mumbai.
• Prior experience with a reputed real estate developer or channel sourcing background, with demonstrated success in the Mumbai market.
• Strong and stable career progression with increasing responsibilities and compensation growth over time.
