Senior Manager ( Finance & Accounts)

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts (F&A) to lead and manage our F&A team with a focus on P2P, Reconciliation, GST, and TDS. The role involves team management, SLA compliance, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the F&A P2P team ensuring SLA/KPIs monitoring and compliance.
• Manage a team of 5-10 members, including work allocation, quality checks, and training.
• Oversee team hiring, replacement execution, and backup planning.
• Drive process simplification initiatives and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Lead and manage internal, statutory, and special audits.
• Prepare Service Performance Reports, conduct client cadences, and governance meetings with senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in AP, Finance & Accounts, P2P processes.
• Proficiency in SAP and fluent communication in English.
• Strong leadership skills with team management experience.
• Ability to handle a 6-day working schedule.
• Impressive communication and problem-solving skills.
