About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Software Engineer – C/C++ (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on software development, systems programming, algorithms, and intelligent coding workflows.
In this role, you will work with AI-generated outputs related to C/C++ applications, debugging, data structures, low-level programming, and software optimization, helping improve how AI models understand and solve real-world software engineering challenges.
Your expertise will contribute to improving AI systems used for intelligent coding assistants, backend infrastructure, embedded systems, and scalable software development workflows.
Responsibilities- Create deliverables addressing common requests within your professional domain
- Annotate and evaluate AI-generated C/C++ programming outputs
- Review peer-developed deliverables to improve AI research quality and consistency
- Assess AI outputs for coding accuracy, logic, performance, and maintainability
- Identify bugs, inefficient code, memory issues, or weak implementation approaches in AI-generated solutions and provide structured feedback
- Support workflows involving software development, debugging, algorithms, APIs, and systems programming
- Contribute domain expertise to improve AI systems focused on intelligent coding and software engineering workflows
- Strong foundation in C/C++ programming and computer science fundamentals
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and debugging concepts
- Familiarity with Git, Linux environments, APIs, or software development workflows is preferred
- Knowledge of memory management, pointers, and basic system-level programming concepts is a plus
- Internship, academic project, or hands-on coding experience is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Competitive hourly pay: ₹1500/hour
