What would you do? We help clients address quality and productivity issues, keep pace with customer expectations, navigate regulatory and operational pressures and ensure business sustainability by transforming their banking operations into an agile, resilient operating model.
Commercial Banking Operations involve the day-to-day activities that support the functioning of a commercial bank. This includes processing transactions, managing accounts, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with regulations.The goal is to provide efficient and reliable banking services to businesses. These operations are essential for maintaining smooth and secure financial transactions. They also help in building and maintaining customer relationships.
Manage OTC collection/disputes such as debt collection, reporting on aged debt, dunning process, bad debt provisioning etc. Perform Cash Reconciliations and follow up for missing remittances, prepare refund package with accuracy and supply to clients, record all collections activities in a consistent manner as per client process (tool), delivery of process requirements to achieve key performance targets, ensure compliance to internal controls, standards, and regulations (Restricted countries).
