Role Description
This full-time, on-site Admissions Counselor, Business Development Executive role is based in Bengaluru. The individual will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, understanding their educational goals, and guiding them in choosing suitable programs.Key responsibilities include conducting consultations, addressing inquiries, managing the admissions process, and achieving enrollment targets. Additionally, the role involves fostering positive relationships with potential students to support their educational aspirations.
Qualifications- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
- Proven experience in Customer Service and Sales, ideally in the education sector
- Knowledge of and passion for the Education sector
- Ability to build relationships and provide guidance tailored to individual needs
- Goal-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using CRM systems or related software is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a background in education or business is a plus
