Agarwal Earthmoving Spares Co. is a leading supplier and authorized distributor of spare parts for earthmoving and construction machinery, dealing in brands like Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi, and Volvo.

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive / Business Development Executive with experience in B2B or industrial sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
  • Develop new business in mining companies, contractors, and equipment owners
  • Handle inquiries and convert leads into sales
  • Promote earthmoving spare parts, excavator parts, hydraulic parts, and undercarriage parts
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals
  • Follow up on payments, dispatch, and repeat orders
  • Build long-term B2B client relationships
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
