Job Overview: As an Airport Ticketing Executive, you will be responsible for providing efficient and professional ticketing services to our customers.

You will be the first point of contact for passengers at the airport and will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and hassle-free travel experience for them.

• Greet and assist passengers at the airport ticket counter
• Provide accurate information about flight schedules, fares, and other related services
• Process ticket reservations, changes, cancellations, and upgrades
• Issue tickets and boarding passes
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient flight operations
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of ticket sales and transactions
• Stay updated with airline policies, procedures, and regulations
• Adhere to safety and security protocols at all times Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service or ticketing role preferred
