THE OPPORTUNITY:

At Salesloft, our Staff Product Manager will be pivotal to our company's success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing team in India. We are looking for experienced Staff Product Manager who can help realize Clari + Salesloft vision with their passion and proven track record of excellence and innovation.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Staff Product Manager to join our dynamic Product Management team. This role will focus on the strategic development and enhancement of our Platform capabilities with the support of a local engineering team based in India.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical acumen, a deep understanding of product management principles, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions that drive customer value.

THE SKILL SET:

Core Experience & Strategic Ownership
  • 7-15 Years of B2B SaaS Leadership: Proven track record in Product Management, specifically within Platform, Data Products, or Analytics environments. You understand the unique lifecycle of internal-facing products that empower external users.
  • Full-Lifecycle Ownership: A history of owning complex platform roadmaps end-to-end—from initial discovery of technical requirements to the successful shipping of high-impact infrastructure features.
Technical Fluency & Platform Architecture
  • API & Framework Expertise: Deep fluency in API design (RESTful) and integration patterns. You are comfortable defining the frameworks and SDKs that allow both internal teams and third-party partners to build seamlessly on top of a core platform.
  • Platform-First Mindset: Experience working within a dedicated Platform Team, focusing on horizontal scalability, and creating paved paths for other product pods to accelerate development.
  • Data Modeling & Systems Design: Sophisticated understanding of data modeling and the flow of information between disparate B2B systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, and internal data lakes).
Governance, Data Strategy & AI
  • Enterprise Data Governance: Hands-on experience managing products through the lens of security, compliance, and data privacy. You know how to build robust permissioning models (RBAC) and auditability into the core of an application.
  • AI/ML Integration: Experience managing products with Machine Learning and AI components. You possess enough technical depth to collaborate with on data hygiene, and the governance of AI-driven automated actions.
  • Quantitative Decision Making: Advanced data fluency; you don't just track metrics—you define the North Star for platform health (e.g., API latency, sync reliability, and system uptime) to prioritize technical debt against new feature development.
Communication & Collaboration
  • High-Stakes Influence: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to influence without authority. You can translate complex technical debt or architectural needs into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.
  • The Saleslove Mindset: A deeply collaborative approach to product. You prioritize the success of the pod over individual accolades, celebrate team wins, and foster a culture of radical transparency.
  • Agile Partnership: Deep experience operating in an Agile environment, serving as the bridge between high-level business strategy and the tactical execution of engineering and design teams.
