Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate commissioning activities for mechanical, electrical,
- Develop commissioning plans, checklists, and procedures based on project
- Lead or support system start-up, functional testing, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure all systems and components are installed and functioning according to
- Collaborate with design engineers and construction teams to resolve installation
- Conduct FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and SAT (Site Acceptance Testing)
- Maintain detailed commissioning documentation, including test results, daily
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and
- Train client personnel in operation and maintenance of commissioned systems.
- Participate in handover and project close-out processes.
- Test a wide range of I/O (HART, Modbus, FF, Profibus etc), basic control
Functions, Interlocks, Sequences, Operator Interface And Other Control
components on DCS and PLC.- Shall be aware of industry standards and practices and (e.g., ISA standards) that
apply to control system design.
Educational Qualification:
- Must be a Graduate in Engineering Disciplines E&I, C&I and Instrumentation
- Should have good communication skills.
- Attitude to Works effectively as individual & in team environment and shall be
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Safety, or industry-specific
credentials) are a plus.
