Honeybee Wax is a leading manufacturer of premium depilatory wax products, serving clients across India and international markets. We are known for our consistent quality, formulation expertise, and strong B2B relationships. As we expand, we're looking for a forward-thinking Marketing Manager who can leverage AI tools to elevate our brand and communication.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Marketing Manager who understands both traditional marketing fundamentals and modern AI-powered content creation. This role will focus on building our brand presence, improving client communication, and generating high-quality content efficiently using AI tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for B2B and B2C segments
• Create high-quality content for social media, website, email campaigns, and product catalogs using AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, etc.)
• Manage and grow our digital presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, website)
• Work closely with the sales and product team to translate technical product features into compelling marketing content
• Oversee branding, packaging communication, and product storytelling
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize using data-driven insights
• Coordinate with designers, agencies, and internal teams

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing (cosmetics, FMCG, or related industry preferred)
• Strong hands-on experience with AI tools for content generation and marketing automation
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
• Understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, social media, email marketing)
• Ability to simplify technical product details into clear, persuasive messaging
• Self-driven, creative, and execution-focused

Bonus Skills:

• Experience in international market communication
• Familiarity with product photography, reels, or short-form video creation
• Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc)
