Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Lead SDET to design, develop, and test production-grade software. This role demands both software development and testing expertise to enhance the testability, resilience, and performance of our applications. The ideal candidate will lead the testing team, build advanced automation tools and frameworks, and champion best practices across the SDLC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of SDETs, fostering a culture of quality and collaboration.
• Own the test strategy, planning, and execution for the product.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks and User Acceptance Test (UAT) suites.
• Conduct regression, performance, functional, compatibility, and scalability testing.
• Collaborate with Product and Development teams to test new features and reduce technical debt.
• Document and share test results, release notes, and troubleshooting guides.
• Promote best practices in test automation, code quality, and maintainability.
• Analyze test outcomes and provide clear testing status reports.
