Client Delivery Partner

Role Description
This person will manage delivery for a US Client Account for multiple geographies with multiple service lines involving Infrastructure support, Business Services, and IT Application Delivery.- Manage Client Relationships, steering committees, and overall account growth. Sharp focus on GCC growth in India encompassing digital innovation
- Responsible for delivery oversight and direction for the assigned PF
- Handle large teams of 1500+ full time employees for clients
- Organize Status Reviews with Account Executive drive Portfolio Financial & Operational KPIs
- Manage budgets in the excess of USD 100MN
- Create and implement the Account roadmap across all service lines
- Define and Drive strategic direction in terms of technology/workforce for the account
Ideal Candidate

He/She/They will have 20-25 years of experience in Managing Client Relationship with a strong project track record and demonstrated P&L contribution to sales. A Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA is strongly preferred.This person is motivated to deliver high-quality work to drive customer satisfaction.They use their intellect, insight, and ability to build creative solutions with clients and colleagues while embracing a collaborative mindset.
- Experience in end-to-end delivery/program management of large programs is a must
- Ability to drive geographically distributed teams across US and India
- Leadership experience in continuous improvement initiatives and operations
- Thorough Knowledge of contract management & financial management
- Knowledge of application development and test methodologies/lifecycles is preferred
- Hands on and can-do attitude whilst demonstrating highest business ethics and compliance
- Ability to coach Program/Project Managers is desirable
- Business level fluency in English is required
- Proven experience in delivering digital projects
- Proven experience using a range of agile project management methods
- Proven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity
- Understanding of the digital landscape
- Experience in matrix-managing multi-disciplinary teams
