• Provide leadership, direction, and team alignment, fostering collaboration and a shared vision across teams.
• Mentor teams in technology, architecture, and application delivery while ensuring a high standard of execution.
• Drive operational improvements, transformation programs, and enforce effective processes and controls.
• Manage time effectively, remain adaptable and creative, and ensure successful project delivery in AMS/development environments.
• Willingness to travel to client/project sites, demonstrating professionalism and stakeholder engagement.

• Techno-functional expertise in SAP/ERP/Oracle/Custom Applications with strong problem‑solving and risk/issue management.
• Experience in project leadership, business case justification, Agile/Scrum delivery; Scrum Master (mandatory) and PMP (desired).
• Strong capabilities in program planning, SOW creation, financials (budget/P&L), and high‑value solution deployment.
• Proven ability to lead multiple Scrum teams, drive operational excellence, automation, tools implementation, and quality governance.
• Excellent communication, ability to present technology POVs, mentor teams, stay updated with trends; strong MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, ServiceNow preferred.
