In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between healthcare providers and insurance systems, translating complex medical diagnoses, procedures, and medical records into standardized alphanumeric codes (ICD−10−CM, CPT, and HCPCS).

Key Responsibilities
Analyze Medical Records: Carefully review patient charts, physician notes, laboratory reports, and clinical documentation to extract relevant clinical data.
Assign Accurate Codes: Translate diagnoses and medical procedures into standardized codes (ICD−10−CM and CPT) ensuring compliance with international coding guidelines.
Maintain Quality & Accuracy: Ensure high-precision data entry to minimize insurance claim denials and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.Collaborate with Teams: Coordinate with medical billing and quality audit teams to resolve documentation ambiguities.
Continuous Learning: Participate in mandatory training sessions to stay updated on annual coding revisions and regulatory changes.

Eligibility Criteria
