We are seeking an Identity & Access Governance Analyst to strengthen our global access controls with a primary focus on user access reviews. Based in India, this role will work closely with IAM Engineering and business stakeholders to plan, execute, and continuously enhance user access review processes and the supporting tooling.The Identity & Access Governance Analyst will support the configuration and use of IAM tools (including Veza), contribute to access review strategy and automation, and help ensure effective and consistent access governance across the organization.

What the day will look like
User Access Reviews & Access Governance- Plan, coordinate, and execute periodic user access reviews across key applications, platforms, and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with system owners to define scope, schedules, and criteria for access reviews.
- Analyze access data to identify anomalies (e.g., excessive privileges, dormant accounts, orphaned accounts, conflicting roles).
- Drive remediation activities by partnering with reviewers and owners to ensure timely and accurate completion of reviews.
- Track and report user access review status, metrics, and trends to relevant stakeholders.
- Support the configuration, onboarding, and ongoing optimization of IAM and access governance tools (e.g., Veza).
- Provide input into access review strategies, including frequency, ownership models, and opportunities for automation.
- Work with IAM Engineering to translate business requirements into IAM configurations such as roles, groups, entitlements, and policies.
- Provide dedicated IAM and user access review support for NFP environments and applications.
- Act as a partner to NFP stakeholders, helping them understand access models, review obligations, and remediation steps.
- Ensure NFP environments are fully integrated into enterprise IAM standards and processes.
- Serve as a point of contact for questions related to user access reviews and IAM processes.
- Develop and deliver clear guidance, communications, and training materials for reviewers, approvers, and application owners.
- Collaborate with global Security, IAM, and Technology teams to ensure alignment with the broader IAM roadmap.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within the access review lifecycle.
- Support the refinement of IAM standards, procedures, and playbooks, particularly around user access governance.
- Use metrics and insights to recommend enhancements that improve access hygiene and control effectiveness.
- 9+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, IT security, technology risk, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience performing user access reviews, access certifications, or entitlement management.
- Familiarity with IAM concepts and tools, such as:
- Access governance platforms (e.g., Veza, SailPoint, Saviynt, or similar).
- Identity lifecycle (joiner/mover/leaver), least privilege, and segregation of duties.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret access data and identify risk-relevant patterns.
- Experience working with global stakeholders in a structured, process-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Exposure to cloud and SaaS access models (e.g., Azure AD, AWS IAM, Okta, CyberArk, etc.).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Security+, Azure/AWS fundamentals, IAM-focused certifications) are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a high sense of ownership.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent access reviews and priorities.
- Comfortable working in a global, matrixed environment with distributed teams.
- Proactive, process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
