About the Role
The Territory Manager – SME Loans is responsible for sourcing and managing Direct channels across multiple locations to drive LAP business. This pan-India role focuses on acquiring quality business, minimizing delinquencies, and delivering high standards of customer service.The Territory Manager plays a strategic role in identifying market trends, developing new channels, and contributing to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction within the Retail Banking division.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities- Source and manage Direct channels to acquire Loan Against property business from the market.
- Ensure portfolio quality by minimizing delinquencies and application rejections.
- Maintain deep knowledge of retail asset products, operational processes, and current market trends.
- Identify changing market dynamics and develop new channels to expand business reach.
- Deliver high-quality customer service through efficient channel management.
- Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals and service standards.
What We Are Looking For
Education- Graduation: Any discipline.
- Relevant experience 3yrs in BFSI
- Strong understanding of retail asset products.
- Ability to identify and adapt to changing market trends.
- Excellent stakeholder management and customer service orientation.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coach senior team members.
