About the Role

The Territory Manager – SME Loans is responsible for sourcing and managing Direct channels across multiple locations to drive LAP business. This pan-India role focuses on acquiring quality business, minimizing delinquencies, and delivering high standards of customer service.

The Territory Manager plays a strategic role in identifying market trends, developing new channels, and contributing to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction within the Retail Banking division.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities
  • Source and manage Direct channels to acquire Loan Against property business from the market.
  • Ensure portfolio quality by minimizing delinquencies and application rejections.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of retail asset products, operational processes, and current market trends.
  • Identify changing market dynamics and develop new channels to expand business reach.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service through efficient channel management.
Secondary Responsibilities
  • Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals and service standards.

What We Are Looking For

Education
  • Graduation: Any discipline.
Experience
  • Relevant experience 3yrs in BFSI
