Role Overview
  • We are looking for a high-ownership Channel Sales & Strategic Partnerships professional to build and scale Bizdateup's financial distribution network across India.
  • In this individual contributor role, you will be responsible for developing partnerships with Chartered Accountants, Wealth Managers, Family Offices, and Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) who distribute curated investment opportunities to their clients.
  • This role goes beyond product selling - you will build and scale a sustainable partner-led revenue engine driving long-term Assets Under Management (AUM) growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Partner Acquisition (Build Phase) :
  • Identify and onboard high-potential financial intermediaries including CAs, Wealth Managers, IFAs, and boutique investment firms.
  • Conduct consultative presentations explaining the value of startup and venture investment opportunities for client portfolios.
  • Lead commercial discussions and structure partnership agreements, including revenue-sharing models, referral frameworks, and SLAs.
  1. Channel Management & Enablement (Scale Phase)
  • Drive end-to-end onboarding of partners onto the Bizdateup platform while ensuring compliance readiness.
  • Enable partners through regular training on investment mandates, due diligence insights, and market developments.
  • Build long-term relationships with partners to drive sustained engagement and repeat business.
  1. Revenue & AUM Growth
  • Own partner-driven revenue/AUM targets and manage pipeline visibility.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of referred investors onto the platform.
  • Develop activation strategies to scale high-performing partners and revive inactive relationships.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Mandatory Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Channel Sales or Strategic Partnerships within Wealth Management, AMC, Fintech, Insurance, or Investment Distribution.
  • Proven experience acquiring and onboarding financial intermediaries such as CAs, IFAs, Wealth Managers, or Family Offices.
  • Strong exposure to pitching financial or investment products and closing partnership agreements.
  • Experience managing partner relationships and driving recurring revenue.
  • Ownership of revenue or AUM targets with demonstrated pipeline management.
  • Working knowledge of investment products such as AIFs, VC funds, unlisted equity, or similar instruments.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building capability with senior finance professionals.
  • This is a pure Individual Contributor (IC) role.
Preferred
  • Existing network across IFAs, CAs, or wealth distributors in Tier-1 cities.
  • MBA (Marketing/Finance), CA, or CFA preferred but not mandatory for strong performers.
