Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in IT services sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth in the Indian market, building strategic client relationships, and working with Global Capability Centers (GCCs).This role requires a proactive individual who can independently manage the sales lifecycle and contribute to long-term business expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Drive end-to-end business development and sales activities for IT services offerings
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the Indian market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, especially GCCs (Global Capability Centers)
- Collaborate with internal teams and OEM partners to develop tailored solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals
- Develop strategic partnerships and long-term client engagement plans
- Work closely with delivery, pre-sales, and marketing teams for seamless execution
- 810 years of experience in business development/sales within an IT services company
- Strong understanding of IT services offerings and solution selling
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the Indian market
- Experience engaging with GCCs (end customers)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
- Experience working with or alongside partners of major OEMs
- MBA or equivalent business qualification
- Exposure to strategic partnerships and alliance management
