Job Description- Establish a centralized PMO with digital dashboards and KPIs.
- Track all workstreams: land, power, design, construction, client onboarding.
- Manage cost, schedule, and scope across projects.
- Lead monthly program reviews with CEO.
- Develop project controls and risk management templates.
- 11-15 years in program / portfolio management in Data Center, EPC, IT Infra, or manufacturing.
- Certification in PMP / Lean Six Sigma preferred.
