Technology Support Engineer

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Collaboration with external vendors and internal service management teams is a key part of the daily routine, ensuring timely analysis and resolution of technical issues to support business continuity and operational excellence.

• Expert level knowledge of DDI solutions preferable Infoblox with extensive experience of usage in large complex enterprises.
• Proven experience with Infoblox Grid and DDI solutions NIOS and BloxOne.
• Strong CLI and GUI skills for Infoblox products. o Preferably Threat Defense and/or Advance DNS Protection.
• Solid understanding of network protocols and security practices and principles, particularly in relation to DNS and DHCP.
• Clear understanding of infrastructure layers or stack, and a broad knowledge across multiple platforms such as server, operating system, virtualization, or network.
• Able to deploy and manage DDI platforms on private Cloud, Azure, AWS and / or VMware vSphere environments.
• Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures, Network Security Implementation, Network Security Operations, Enterprise Network Operations.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based network solutions.
• Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures.
• Experience in troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and techniques.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in monitoring system performance and identifying potential issues before they impact operations.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges.
• Participate in the development and refinement of operational procedures to improve service delivery.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with evolving technologies and industry best practices.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Center Networking Technologies Operations.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure components and their operational management.
• Experience in incident and problem management within complex IT environments.
• Ability to create and implement Requests for Change and maintain comprehensive knowledge base documentation.
• Skilled in collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to ensure system stability and performance.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Center Networking Technologies Operations.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
