- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with standards.
- Assign tasks and provide training to housekeeping associates.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.
- Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping services.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Maintain staff duty rosters and attendance records.
Key Requirements : Education :
- Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent; 10+2 with relevant experience.
Technical Skills :
- Knowledge of housekeeping SOPs and quality standards.
- Team management and scheduling.
- Understanding of hygiene, safety, and hospitality protocols.
Personal Traits :
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Organized and proactive attitude.
- Two wheeler vehicle is mandatory
