Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff for freshers. As a Ground Staff, you will be responsible for assisting with the smooth functioning of airport operations and ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers.

• Greeting and assisting passengers at check-in, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas
• Checking passengers' tickets and passports and ensuring they are valid
• Assisting with the boarding process and ensuring all passengers are seated and ready for takeoff
• Handling and resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Assisting with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo onto the aircraft
• Conducting safety and security checks of the aircraft before and after each flight
• Assisting passengers with special needs, such as elderly or disabled individuals
• Collaborating with other airport staff, including pilots, flight attendants, and ground crew, to ensure smooth operations
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area and following all safety protocols
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures, as well as aviation regulations and safety standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
• Basic computer skills
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
