Job Description
We are an established Power Tool Manufacturing company with operations across India and the United Kingdom, employing approximately 80 team members (40+ in India and 40+ in the UK).
As we scale, we are looking for an HR Manager who can go beyond routine HR administration and help establish a strong people and process foundation for the organization.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, building systems, implementing policies, improving employee experience, and partnering directly with leadership.
You will lead and strengthen core HR operations across both regions while building scalable HR processes that support long-term growth.
Your mandate will include:
- Establishing HR processes, governance, and operating standards
- Creating HR policies, employee guidelines, and documentation
- Building employee records and HR data management systems
- Supporting leadership with workforce planning and organizational structure
- Driving employee lifecycle management across India and supporting coordination for UK operations
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage end-to-end employee processes including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, engagement, and exits
- Create and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Build structured workflows and SOPs
- Design and implement practical HR policies and employee frameworks
- Develop employee handbook, code of conduct, and standard HR guidelines
- Ensure HR practices remain compliant with applicable employment requirements
- Establish employee databases and reporting systems
- Introduce HR dashboards and management reporting
- Improve process efficiency through HR tools and automation
- Partner with department heads on hiring and manpower planning
- Improve recruitment processes and onboarding experience
- Support role clarity, team structures, and workforce planning
- Act as a trusted HR point of contact across teams
- Strengthen communication, engagement, and workplace culture
- Support conflict resolution and employee relations
- 3-4 years of HR experience
- Working with the Indian team at our office in Noida (Uttar Pradesh)
- Experience handling multi-location teams
- Exposure to international operations or UK workforce practices is an advantage
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
- Strong HR operations and process-building capability
- Experience creating policies and employee frameworks
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Strong analytical and organizational ability
- Comfortable working directly with leadership teams
- Experience with HRMS and reporting tools
