As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure SAP HCM Payroll applications. Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP HCM Payroll applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and developers, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including data privacy and security requirements.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Extensive experience in SAP HCM Payroll development and configuration.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HR, and other related modules.
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM Payroll processes and best practices.
• Experience with SAP HCM Payroll integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Experience with SAP HCM Payroll reporting and analytics.
• Solid grasp of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll development and configuration.
