Presently Hiring Voice Process Opportunity for Telecallers Job Description/: Our retail banking division's "Voice of Financial Solutions" and "Frontline Sales Accelerator" is the telecaller. Managing a large volume of incoming and outgoing phone calls to bank clients and pre/-qualified prospects while pushing essential financial products including credit cards, personal, home, and auto loans, savings accounts, and insurance cross/-sells is your main responsibility.
As a "Financial Relationship Catalyst," you establish immediate connection with clients, handle interest objections, clearly explain banking features, and turn unsolicited calls into qualified sales appointments or direct digital applications.
The ideal applicant is a clear, strong, and convincing communicator who regularly surpasses daily calling and lead/-generation goals and can confidently explain complicated financial concepts. Key Duties Outbound Financial Product Pitching/: Pitch retail loan portfolios, balance transfers, or premium credit card upgrades to bank clients or potential leads by making a large number of cold and warm calls per day.
Customer Needs Mapping/: Determine the caller's current or prospective credit needs and suggest suitable banking solutions by strategically asking questions to learn about their financial profile. Lead Conversion & Documentation Support/: Gather basic data for online application forms, secure client consent, produce qualified leads, and methodically set up follow/-up appointments for the field sales cell.
Customer Inquiry Resolution/: Respond professionally to incoming calls for customer care or telemarketing, answering inquiries about accounts, confirming eligibility, and clearly addressing any issues regarding product fees. CRM Database Maintenance/: After each engagement, the bank's central customer relationship management system logs accurate call outcomes, customer responses, contact notes, and follow/-up flags in real time.
