Role Overview

We are looking for passionate professionals to join our Healthcare & Life Sciences Consulting team. You will work on strategic consulting engagements, conduct market and business analyses, solve complex client challenges, and deliver impactful recommendations for leading healthcare and pharmaceutical organizations.

• Conduct primary and secondary research along with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Analyze business problems and develop strategic recommendations for clients.
• Manage project workstreams while ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Prepare and present reports, presentations, workshops, and client deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communication.
• Support proposal development and business development initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to recruitment, learning, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Continuously build expertise in consulting methodologies, healthcare markets, and Generative AI applications.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–7 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Commercial Consulting, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of healthcare/pharmaceutical industry trends and consulting frameworks is preferred.
• Basic understanding of Generative AI and willingness to apply AI tools in business problem-solving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and willingness to travel as required.
