In this role, you will be responsible for providing information and assistance to passengers at the airport, ensuring their needs are met and their travel experience is seamless.

• Greet and welcome passengers at the information desk, providing a friendly and professional first point of contact.
• Answer inquiries and provide accurate information on flight schedules, gate changes, baggage claim, and other airport services.
• Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and other necessary procedures.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Coordinate with other airport staff and departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized information desk area.
• Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for passengers and staff.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluent in English and Hindi, knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time.
