- Troubleshoot complex issues related to trading platforms/ financial systems
- Collaborate with development, operations, and technical teams (infrastructure, network, database) to resolve incidents
- Coordinate with technical teams to identify root causes and implement fixes
- Ensure timely resolution and meet SLAs
- Provide updates to stakeholders on incident status and resolution
Required Skills:
- Trading platforms and financial systems experience
- Operating systems (Windows, Linux)
- Hands on Monitoring tools and incident management tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills
