Build the Basis of Our Office Admin Executive Job Description/: Responsibilities/: Office Management/: Keep an eye on the day/-to/-day activities in the office and make sure the physical environment is tidy, practical, and well/-maintained. Vendor Coordination/: Negotiate contracts and guarantee on/-time payments oversee connections with outside service providers, such as housekeeping, security, maintenance, and stationery suppliers.
Inventory control ensures cost/-effectiveness and minimal downtime by keeping an eye on and restocking equipment, pantry goods, and office supplies. Supervise front desk operations, such as call routing, guest management, and the processing of incoming and departing mail and couriers.
Travel & Logistics/: Arrange local transportation and travel flights, lodging, visas for senior management and staff. Meeting Coordination/: Arrange both internal and external meetings, making sure all required AV equipment is operational and arranging rooms and catering.

Asset Management/: Keep a thorough inventory of the company 's assets and supervise their distribution and upkeep.
