• Credit Risk Scorecards: Develop and build strategies on credit risk scorecards used at application stage
• Data Handling & Preprocessing: Perform data cleansing, merging, and enrichment, ensuring high-quality datasets to draw insights and actionable for use cases in analytics.
• Feature Engineering: Extract and engineer meaningful features from raw data to enhance the analysis and reports.
• Regulatory Compliance & Transparency: Ensure that all generated reports comply with industry regulations and internal standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Data Analyst should have:

• Proven 2+ years experience in scorecard development, coding and analytics.
• Solid understanding of SQL joins and various data handling techniques.
• Experience in using statistical software (e.g., Python, Pyspark) for data analysis.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex analytical results to non-technical stakeholders.
• Graduation/Post graduation (Full time) from tier 1 college.
